Full Speed Ahead
A couple of weekends ago Kate took her first unassisted steps, and since then we've been coaching her to walk without furniture, a walker, or a hand to hold. Today, I guess the coaching sunk in. The girl took off! She did three laps around our bedroom without stopping or holding onto anything. Here's some video of her walking in our office. There's no turning back now...

Thats pretty great. The first steps of a child can melt the heart of... CRAP we gotta baby proof stuff and oh no now the disciplining is gonna be way harder. Great now everything anywhere below 3 feet is up for grabs, the computer cords, the cabinets. "Come on Kate just sit here still for a little while, wait I said sit and play where are you going."
